The Empire of the Ghouls: 105,000 Words

  • Sep. 7th, 2007 at 1:36 AM
Fetch cheese!
The manuscript is revised, the missing sections like the finale are written, and the remainder of the text has gone off to the editor.

Let the Dance of Doneness begin! ::cue wild rumpus::

There's usually a certain reluctance for me to let of go smaller projects, and a certain willingness to push the big ones out of the nest. This one was sent off with some after-midnight fanfare and some fine new maps from [info]settembrini23 for company. Me, I'm done for now. More details tomorrow for the patron crew.

Brilliant! I came a little late to the party, but having just finished reading my print copy of Castle Shadowcrag I am very excited to get my hands on Empire.

Late Oct, right? Is there anywhere patrons can view drafts or early copy on here, or has that time passed?

Cheers

Yes, it's in editing now (halfway through the process, I'd say), and then off to layout.

Early drafts of the text are available to the larger donors and the playtesters. I may provide some preview/bonus material in Kobold Quarterly #2, as well.
