Kobold #1000 Found!

The subscription rolls are bursting at the seams for Kobold Quarterly, and subscriber #1000 is Frank Gawryla of Knoxville, Tennessee!

He wins a lifetime subscription to the magazine, a copy of the Arabian Nights Open Design project, a copy of the Kobold's Guide to Game Design, and a t-shirt featuring our Kobold mascot.

The best part is, today's also the day Frank GM'ed his first game session. Or as he put it "Today is the greatest day of my gaming life!" (Well, ok, I think that was about the prize-winning.)

But still, I'm kinda thinking it's a gaming milestone day all around. Congratulations, Frank!

It is a gaming milestone! I've been gaming for decades, but only started GMing a diced game this past early September! (I did a lot of diceless for 15 years)

I's kinda awesome a new GM won!

They're on the "when I find time to breathe" list. :)

I gotta finish Arabian Nights proofing and push out the Kobold Guide first, plus the KQ slush pile.

So, I'm guessing March. :P

Um, good question. The PDF version is already delayed a bit, until early February. The hardcopy should be not long after.
