Just a note to say that you can vote for what Zobeck article will appear next in Kobold Quarterly, and make your own suggestions, in this thread.

It's one of the main ingredients that sets Zobeck apart from other fantasy settings.
Let's see it so that PCs and GMs can play with what makes this setting so special...
(I voted, I'm just lobbying)
I definitely want to see that one first, but I would also like to see the Kobold Ghetto in the issue following that.
Or, Wolfgang could just do an all Zobeck KQ issue and run all of the articles together. :D
And I'll join Eyebite in saying that this article should be the next after Clockwork Magic! The human/kobold social dynamic is also a unique quality to the setting!
-Ben.
(I emailed the board administrator).
I'm for the guilds, actually...
And yes, I'm working on a fix for this, but it's going to take time.
:(
Clockwork magic and Kobold Ghetto need more than one page.
I think the KQ article needs to be more tangential...
-Ben.
Or the Zoltar Speaks machine from the movie "Big".
I think a gear and magic oracle would have a WONDERFUL place in Zobeck!
I caught that reference, yeah, that would be pretty cool.
Maybe, the regular Zobeck article needs more wordcount? If 850 words won't do it (that *is* I believe a single page, and no more), then maybe the Zobeck articles should take a more center-stage presence, rather than just back page status?
Just thinking out loud. The Zobeck articles remind me fondly of the FR articles we got in Dragon years ago - little tidbits that built up the realms (before WotC went and cleared all the pieces off of the table).
Hm. I really want to see the Clockwork Magic and Kobold Ghetto articles, but 850 words just won't do them justice. If larger articles like "Gangs" aren't possible in the future, maybe these pieces will have to show up in the sourcebook? I'm as anxious to see them as anyone, but I want them to get the full treatment they deserve.
