James Jacobs is one of the Secret Masters of Paizo's Pathfinder series, and in the newest KQ interview, he discusses the five secrets to a great adventure, plus talks about his history with Dungeon Magazine and plans for Pathfinder.

Excellent interview. There's so much crap to trudge through in the blogosphere lately, it was a real pleasure to read something with some substance.

Nice interview indeed. I always liked JJ from hanging out on the Paizo boards. Now I respect him a lot more. I particularly liked a lot of his points around "letting your ego go". Learning to give your creations wings, almost. He also makes an excellent point about the foundations of Golarion in some tried and true fantasy tropes that can still be made fresh and inviting in a new spot.
