Wow! I'm stunned and very pleased to note that Open Design's Castle Shadowcrag has been nominated in the "Best Electronic Book" category of the ENnie awards. For a product that has largely flown under the radar, this is amazing.

I have no illusions about winning the category, but really, it *IS* an honor just to be nominated. Seriously, I'm insanely happy that what started as an experiment in independent publishing can do this well. Makes for a hell of an anniversary gift, too. (Well, more for me than the wife. But still.)

Congrats to all the nominees! I find myself in excellent company.

The first review of Castle Shadowcrag is up on ENWorld. Joe's upfront about not digging the fey themes of that adventure, and has some great critique for the next one.

Mostly, he points out that the Shadowcrag convinced him to sign up as a patron. Can't ask for more than that!

I told the patrons but forgot to tell the public: Ed Greenwood has offered some comments on not one but two locations in the Realms where a DM could easily place Castle Shadowcrag.

If you're a Realms fan and curious to know where to place a Gothic, shadow-haunted castle, please join as a patron today.

The adventure ships (and sales to the public stop!) in just a few weeks.
